Before joining NICCOM, Chukwudiogo served as Assistant Head of Law Office for one of Nigeria’s foremost commercial law firms in the oil-rich city of Port Harcourt, where he advised leading players in the energy and extractive sectors on regulatory compliance, project structuring, and dispute management. Chukwudiogo has worked with one of the Big Three multinational telecommunications companies where he developed his corporate acumen and strengthened his understanding of the commercial realities driving large-scale transactions and cross-border business operations.
Chukwudiogo has played key roles in high-stakes negotiations and complex commercial disputes, including representing a multinational oil company in a USD 3.1 trillion claim and acting as part of the counsel team in a ₦60 billion claim against a state government. He has advised multiple upstream and downstream oil and gas companies on joint venture arrangements, asset divestments, regulatory engagements, and trade union negotiations —bringing both strategic foresight and legal dexterity to every engagement.
Beyond oil and gas, his experience extends to capital markets, loan syndication, entertainment law, and cross-border financing transactions.
