Isong has worked across diverse environments, including the construction, hospitality, and legal services sectors. In his role as a legal and administrative associate for a construction and hospitality group, he advised on contract structuring and negotiation, drafted and reviewed service level agreements, conducted transactional due diligence on land and property matters, and ensured compliance with statutory regulatory frameworks such as ITF, NSITF, PENCOM, and BPP.
He also led stakeholder engagement efforts, achieving significant improvements in client satisfaction and institutional relationships while providing ongoing guidance on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory issues.
He has also contributed to social impact and human-rights-focused work through volunteer engagements, particularly with a nonprofit providing support to families of fallen heroes in Nigeria.
